STIHL INJECTION: uses electronic fuel injection and sensors to constantly adjust fuel delivery and ignition timing, delivering more power without increasing weight or size.

MAGNESIUM GUARD: The cutting wheel guard ensures that you are not hit by flying cut material or cooling water from the cutting wheel. The cast magnesium guard is very lightweight and robust.
PRE-SEPARATION AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM: With pre-separation achieve perceptibly longer filter life compared with conventional filter systems. Air drawn in is swirled. The larger, heavier particles are ejected. The pre-cleaned air is routed to the air filter via the pre-separator duct.
SEMI AUTOMATIC DRIVE BELT TENSIONING: Light, consistent re-tensioning increases the service life of the belts and shaft bearings.
MANUAL DECOMPRESSION: The decompression valve makes it easier to start your tool. When starting, you can allow some of the compressed mixture to escape from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the start-up system and reduces the amount of force required on the starter cord.
ERGONOMIC HANDLE: With the ergonomic handle, you can keep a firm grip on your tool and carry out cuts precisely, even when dealing with very hard stone. The curved handle offers you an optimised grip position and the highest level of comfort when working.
